DBH (provider for affected servers and IO Server C) is currently down and undergoing scheduled maintenance. I seem to have gotten the date wrong, hence the downtime mark. Oops.
I've been advised this should last 48 hours at most.

Additionally, IO Server B is currently removed from the page due to ping monitoring issues that do not correlate to actual downtime.
